Director of Operations and Special Projects
Marissa Lorenzetti is Director of Operations and Special Projects at the Madison Group. In this capacity, Marissa is responsible for internal management and workflow and facilitating outreach and coordination with federal and state staff.
Prior to joining the Madison Group, Marissa worked for the nonprofit, The Climate Reality Project, previously known as The Alliance for Climate Protection. Hailing from a politically active family, Marissa also has extensive political campaign experience.
Marissa holds a BA from Syracuse University's Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and an MPA from George Mason University's School of Policy, Government, and International Affairs.
Marissa is active in local organizations including the New York Avenue Presbyterian's Community Club; one of the oldest tutoring and mentoring programs in Washington D.C. She also serves on the Women's Health Board of the GW Medical Faculty Associates.
A native from the Finger Lakes region of New York, Marissa is an avid Syracuse Orange fan and enjoys spending her time during the summers on Seneca Lake.
